Who We’re Looking For

We’re on the lookout for Virtual Assistants (VAs) and specialists with expertise in:

  • Social Media Management – Strategy, content creation, scheduling, engagement (and occasional meme expertise is a plus).

  • Administrative/Executive Assistance – Inbox management, scheduling, general admin magic (because clients really do need saving from their own calendars).

  • Graphic Design – Branding, social media graphics, marketing assets (bonus points if you can tell when a logo just feels right).

  • Digital Ads Management – Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and X ads (turning ad spend into ROI like a wizard).

  • Web Design & Development – Website builds, redesigns, and landing pages (whether it’s no-code or code-code, you make the internet look good and work right).

  • Tech & Systems Support – CRM setup, automation, integrations (e.g., Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Monday.com – because streamlining workflows is basically an art form).

  • Copywriting & Content Strategy – Website copy, sales pages, blog writing, email marketing (words that convert, not just sound pretty).

  • Podcast/Video Editing – Editing, transcriptions, repurposing content for different platforms (because even the best takes need some cleanup).

  • Client & Community Management – Handling client inquiries, onboarding, membership group management (because relationships are everything).

  • Online Course & Membership Setup – Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, membership platforms (helping people sell what they know).

  • Bookkeeping & Financial Admin – Invoicing, expense tracking, financial reports (keeping the numbers in check so we can all sleep at night).

  • HR & Recruitment Support – Sourcing, interviewing, hiring freelancers or team members (finding the right people so businesses don’t have to panic-hire their cousin).

When a client project aligns with your expertise, we’ll pitch the opportunity to you. If you accept, we’ll clarify payment terms—whether upfront payment, milestone-based billing, or another arrangement.

If you accept, you’ll be included in strategy discussions to ensure alignment with the client's goals and expectations.

Once the project is completed per the agreed terms, submit your invoice and get paid promptly for your contributions!
